Production

Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days before dispatch.

Delivery

Tracked delivery typically arrives in 7–14 business days after dispatch. We ship worldwide at no extra cost.

• Tracking number emailed as soon as the parcel leaves the workshop.
• Pieces are packed flat with corner protection and a rigid outer box.
• Customs duties, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns

Return any unused piece within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Because each piece is made to order, we ask that it comes back in its original packaging.

If a piece arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we will replace it at no cost.
